Food has always been a meaningful part of my life—I love cooking, eating at restaurants, and connecting over meals. But for years, I struggled with cystic acne, debilitating and painful menstrual cycles, severe bloating, food sensitivities, constant anxiety, and recurring panic attacks. I was doing everything I thought I should be doing to be “healthy,” but my body was telling a different story.
My own experimentation with food was the first thing that brought me relief—and it opened the door to deeper healing. That curiosity led me to become certified in Integrative Nutrition through IIN, pursue a Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle certification through the Functional Nutrition Alliance, and earn my Master-level EFT certification through EFT International.
What I discovered through this process changed everything: the physical symptoms I was experiencing—and the mental and emotional patterns I was stuck in—were all connected. They were messages from my nervous system, trying to get my attention.
Now, I help women bridge the gap between how they feel emotionally and how their body is functioning physically. Using nervous system science, functional nutrition, and EFT, I support clients in healing at the root—so they can reclaim their energy, regulate their emotions, and feel at home in their bodies again.
