This is a five part series utilizing journaling and EFT tapping to help you take action and clear what’s in the way of living in alignment with your authenticity.

This is a bundle of intentional journaling and EFT tapping videos to help you reconnect with your truth and clear the patterns that keep you from taking the action to show up fully as you. These tapping videos and prompts are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, move through fear and resistance, and take aligned action.

  • Utilize the journaling prompts before and after each tapping video. Each set of prompts goes along with the tapping video.

  • I recommend starting with Video 1 and ending with Video 5. You can mix the order of videos 2, 3, and 4 between those, doing all of them or just 1 or 2. This is a resource that is designed for you to come back to when you need it.

About your Guide

Hi, I’m Sarah Avilla—an Integrative Nutrition & Wellness Practitioner. I support women navigating both physical and emotional challenges—like burnout, anxiety, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive imbalances, overachieving, and people-pleasing patterns—by helping them reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and return to their most authentic self.
